UPDATE 20th April 2020: We are still operating as normal, within Government Guidelines.

We supply a vast range of business within the UK supply chain, including chemical, medical and food, and therefore we are still open to help supply our customers.

Our colleagues are being advised to work from home where possible so that they, and we, follow Government Guidelines. We have reduced our warehouse colleagues to the minimum so that orders are still despatched on time to our customers, while keeping everyone at least 2m apart as all times.

So although its not quite ‘business as usual’, orders placed will still be processed and despatch within the normal timeframe.

Currently our online store is operating as normal with orders still being despatched within their normal timeframe. Carriers have advised that delivery times might increase during this time although we’ve seen very little disruption so far. We’re still available via telephone, email or webchat should you want to contact us with any questions or to place an order.

We’ll update you should there be any major changes in circumstances. In the meantime, please do what you can to stay safe and well.

We understand that you’ll have received many updates in recent days about coronavirus (COVID-19) and apologise if this is one too many, but we wanted to inform you of what we are doing.

Like most businesses, we’re taking all the precautions possible and are following the Government’s advice carefully to keep you, our colleagues and the community safe and well. These are difficult times for everybody and we need to support each other wherever we possibly can.
