At ITP Packaging we’ve tried to make the shipping process as simple as possible. For most mainland UK post codes standard delivery is FREE. For orders placed before 1pm, we’ll even despatch on the same day. The free delivery option offers 1-3 day delivery but you can upgrade to Next Day Delivery or AM Delivery if preferred.

For Highlands, islands and Northern Ireland a delivery charge will be applied and clearly displayed at checkout. If your order needs shipping on a pallet or multiple boxes, an additional charge may apply. We’ll contact you directly to discuss the charge which you can pay or cancel the order. Worldwide shipping is available but not through our website. For any orders outside of the UK, please contact 0333 987 4565 or email hello@itppackaging.com and we will happily assist you further.

If you wish to return your order, please contact our Customer Support team on 0333 987 4565 within 48 hours of receipt of goods and they will assist you. All we ask is that you return the goods to us within 30 days of receiving the order and we’ll either refund or issue a replacement. Refunds will be issued by the same means you originally paid.
