Delivery & Returns Information

At ITP Packaging, we’ve tried to make the delivery process as simple as possible. For most mainland UK postcodes standard delivery is FREE and orders placed before 1pm are despatched on the same day.

Orders must be made by 1pm for NEXT DAY delivery options.

• Mainland UK: FREE standard delivery within 1-3 days
  • Upgrade to next day for £12.99
  • Upgrade to AM for £24.99
• Scottish Highlands: 2-3 days £14.99*
• Channel Islands: 2-3 days £20*
• Isle of Wight: 2-4 days £14.99*
• Isle of Man: 2-4 days £14.99*
• Northern Ireland:
  • 2-4 days £20*
  • 1-2 days £60*

Days mentioned above relate to ‘working days’, which are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. For example, if you place an order before 1pm on a Friday, delivery will be Monday.

*For Highlands, islands and Northern Ireland, if your order needs delivering on a pallet or multiple boxes, an additional charge may apply. We’ll contact you directly to discuss the charge, which you can then choose to pay, or cancel the order. Please see our Terms and Conditions for further details.

Worldwide delivery is available but not through our website. For any orders outside of the UK, please contact 0333 987 4565 or email hello@itppackaging.com and we will happily assist you further.

Returns

If you wish to return your order, please contact our Customer Support team on 0333 987 4565 within 48 hours of receipt of goods. All we ask is that you return the goods to us within 30 days of receiving your delivery and we’ll issue a refund once we’ve received the items back. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method.
