Our 610ltr Plastic Pallet Box is similar to the Dolav Ace 1000 in many ways. This injection moulded plastic pallet box is designed for demanding industrial applications. Manufactured for maximum durability and hygiene, it is widely used across food processing, agriculture, recycling, pharmaceuticals, and general manufacturing sectors. With a 610 litre capacity, this robust container is built to withstand heavy loads, repeated use, and harsh conditions. It features three solid runners for compatibility with forklifts and pallet trucks, allowing for safe and efficient handling. The smooth internal walls make it easy to clean and ideal for environments where hygiene is critical. Key features include:- HDPE construction for long service life

Delivery & Returns
At ITP Packaging we’ve tried to make the shipping process as simple as possible. For most mainland UK post codes standard delivery is FREE. For orders placed before 1pm, we’ll even despatch on the same day. The free delivery option offers 1-3 day delivery but you can upgrade to Next Day Delivery or AM Delivery if preferred.
For Highlands, islands and Northern Ireland a delivery charge will be applied and clearly displayed at checkout. If your order needs shipping on a pallet or multiple boxes, an additional charge may apply. We’ll contact you directly to discuss the charge which you can pay or cancel the order. Please see our Terms and Conditions for further details.
Worldwide shipping is available but not through our website. For any orders outside of the UK, please contact 0333 987 4565 or email hello@itppackaging.com and we will happily assist you further.
If you wish to return your order, please contact our Customer Support team on 0333 987 4565 within 48 hours of receipt of goods and they will assist you. All we ask is that you return the goods to us within 30 days of receiving the order and we’ll either refund or issue a replacement. Refunds will be issued by the same means you originally paid.

If you receive your delivery and for some reason you’re not entirely happy and wish to return it, please contact our Customer Support team on 0333 987 4565 within 48 hours and they issue you with a returns document. All we ask is that you return the goods to us within 30 days of issuing the returns document and we’ll either refund or issue a replacement.
