For all orders, standard 1-3 day delivery is FREE within mainland UK.
Next Day and AM delivery options incur a small surcharge.
For orders to Highlands, islands and Northern Ireland, the delivery charge will be clearly added to your order prior to checkout so that you are fully informed before you commit to payment.
Delivery cost will be clearly shown prior to payment being taken online. Please contact Customer Support if you have any questions.
Currently our online system is only available for orders delivered to UK and Ireland. However, for any orders outside of the UK or Ireland, please contact 0333 987 4565 or email firstname.lastname@example.org and we will happily assist you further.
For most UK postcodes we offer the following:

Some areas like N. Ireland and Scottish Highlands could be 2-4 days. This will be made clear to you during checkout.
Yes, we can deliver the next working day for all orders placed before 13:00 Monday to Friday.
We are closed on Saturday and Sunday, so next day delivery orders placed on the weekend would be despatched on Monday for delivery on Tuesday.

Upon placing your order online you’ll be guided through the checkout process where payment will be processed by debit and credit card. We don’t current accept payment by Apple Pay, Google Pay or PayPal but watch this space.

You don’t have to apply for an account to place your first order. However, once you place your first order we’ll securely store your details so that the process is quicker for you upon your next order.

Not a problem at all. Just email the Approved Supplier Form over to email@example.com and we’ll complete and return the form within 24 hours.
If you receive your delivery and for some reason you’re not entirely happy and wish to return it, please contact our Customer Support team on 0333 987 4564 within 48 hours and they issue you with a returns document. All we ask is that you return the goods to us within 30 days of issuing the returns document and we’ll either refund or issue a replacement.
