AdBlue spill kits are manufactured using absorbent materials that can effectively handle urea-based fluids without causing contamination or damage. Although AdBlue is classed as non-flammable and low risk, spills can create slip hazards and may contaminate drains or groundwater if left untreated.

AdBlue Spill Kit Bins

AdBlue spill kit bins provide a convenient and highly visible solution for storing absorbents and spill response equipment in one easily accessible location. Larger wheeled spill kits are ideal for industrial environments, distribution centres, HGV yards, fuel storage areas and agricultural facilities where higher volumes of AdBlue are handled daily. AdBlue bins are different to general spill bins or chemical spill bins as they are blue, not yellow.

Choosing the correct spill kit bin size depends on the amount of AdBlue stored onsite and the level of spill risk. Compact 80 litre kits are suitable for vehicles and small workshops, while 100 litre and 240 litre spill bins are better suited for high-volume commercial and industrial settings.

AdBlue Spill Kit Refills

AdBlue spill kit refills are a cost-effective way to replenish used absorbents without replacing the entire container or bin. Our refill kits contain AdBlue absorbent pads, absorbent socks, hazardous waste bags, security tags, instructions, ties and a box. We recommend replacing your spill kit as soon as you have used it so that your site remains compliant and prepared.

AdBlue Spill Kit Granules

Spill granules are an alternative to absorbent pads and are great for use on hard surfaces where liquid can spread fast, such as warehouse floors. Standard oil only absorbents are not always suitable for water-based diesel fluids, which is why we recommend dedicated AdBlue granules to ensure an effective clean up.
