210Litre Steel Drum Heater with Digital Controller (0-200°C) 1990x800mm
A Drum heating jacket is the perfect solution when it comes to quickly and effectively heating up fluids and materials making them very easy to empty out with minimal to no waste product. They are also useful for protection from UV radiation. The drum jackets are equipped with easy to use Kuhlmann Digital Temperature Controller for precise temperature adjustment between 0 – 200ºC (32ºF up to 392ºF) or fixed bi-metal thermostats. The jackets are made from durable and long lasting high quality lightweight design and the construction combined with quick release buckles makes the jackets easy to attach to any standard sized drum. Warm-up duration approx. 24h for 200 litres of water from 20°C to 82°C (+68°F to +180°F) using a 1200W drum heating jacket. The durable material and the tight drum fastening straps make the drum heater optimal for transporting and at the same time very long lasting. Drum heating jackets are an ideal supplement to drum heating cabinets where the jacket is mounted to a single drum or container. The drum heating jackets can also be used in conjunction with heating cabinets or heating ovens making transportation of a heated drum or container much easier and the heat loss minimal to none. The heater can be used for a variety of heating purposes including heating oil, diesel fuel, resin, water or other industrial liquids that needs to have a consistent temperature or viscosity.- Silicone impregnated cloth

For orders placed before 1pm, we’ll even despatch on the same day. The free delivery option offers 1-3 day delivery but you can upgrade to Next Day Delivery or AM Delivery if preferred.
For Highlands, islands and Northern Ireland a delivery charge will be applied and clearly displayed at checkout. If your order needs shipping on a pallet or multiple boxes, an additional charge may apply. We’ll contact you directly to discuss the charge which you can pay or cancel the order. Worldwide shipping is available but not through our website. For any orders outside of the UK, please contact 0333 987 4565 or email hello@itppackaging.com and we will happily assist you further.
If you wish to return your order, please contact our Customer Support team on 0333 987 4565 within 48 hours of receipt of goods and they will assist you. All we ask is that you return the goods to us within 30 days of receiving the order and we’ll either refund or issue a replacement. Refunds will be issued by the same means you originally paid.
