Description
Heater for 1000Litre IBCs, Food & Pharmaceutical Applications (0 – 40°C)
High temperature container heaters specially designed for the food and pharmaceutical industries. The container heater is the perfect product for heating up fluids to a high temperature in an IBC container. With this container heater it is easy, fast and absolutely safe within regulations to heat up fluids to a desired temperature – all the way to 40°C of course depending on the fluids maximum temperature. This heater is equipped with 1 thermostat that with precision can heat the container from 0 – 40°C. These container heaters are designed in special silicone materials that complies to the industries rules and regulations so that the silicone does not store bacteria but works optimal and safe for food hygiene. The materials are furthermore very durable and together with the webbing straps are easy to attach the heater to the container. This also makes the container heater perfect to use when transporting containers that must keep a certain temperature or viscosity. When in room temperature many materials often become viscous, which makes them harder to discharge from an IBC (Intermediate Bulk Container). In specific syrup, sugar, fats, honey and others are difficult to discharge and often result in wasting products due to the thick viscosity not being able to leave the container. An IBC heating jacket is the perfect solution when it comes to quickly and effectively heating up fluids and materials making them very easy to empty from a container with minimal to no waste product.
Delivery & Returns
At ITP Packaging we’ve tried to make the shipping process as simple as possible. For most mainland UK post codes standard delivery is FREE. For orders placed before 1pm, we’ll even despatch on the same day. The free delivery option offers 1-3 day delivery but you can upgrade to Next Day Delivery or AM Delivery if preferred.
For Highlands, islands and Northern Ireland a delivery charge will be applied and clearly displayed at checkout. If your order needs shipping on a pallet or multiple boxes, an additional charge may apply. We’ll contact you directly to discuss the charge which you can pay or cancel the order. Worldwide shipping is available but not through our website. For any orders outside of the UK, please contact 0333 987 4565 or email hello@itppackaging.com and we will happily assist you further.
If you wish to return your order, please contact our Customer Support team on 0333 987 4565 within 48 hours of receipt of goods and they will assist you. All we ask is that you return the goods to us within 30 days of receiving the order and we’ll either refund or issue a replacement. Refunds will be issued by the same means you originally paid.
