Our Insulated IBC Jackets / covers are ideal for protecting your IBC and its contents from cold weather conditions as low as -35°C. Likewise, they can withstand high temperatures of +75°C, keeping the contents cool. Made from a tear resistant, water resistant and fire resistant material, this cover can protect your IBC from harsh elements. This cover is for a 1000ltr IBC complete with velcro flaps for easy access to the inlet and outlet valves.

If you’re looking for an Insulated IBC Jacket then this is a perfect solution. This particular jacket is for a standard 1000ltr IBC, approx 1000x1200x1160mm. Coming supplied with flaps to access the top and bottom inlets/outlets, this is a fantastic and easy to use product.
Made from a cross laminate polyethylene the cover is tear, flame and water resistant which all help protect your contact from harsh conditions. Of course the key advantage to this Insulated IBC Jacket is that it can withstand temperatures of -35° to +75°C. So if storing your product in cold conditions, the inner insulation layer of the jacket will protect from frost. Likewise, if storing in direct sunlight the outer silver layer is designed to reflect sunlight and keep the inside cool.
As well as providing an insulation layer, these jackets will also protect from dust and dirt during storage and transportation.
Another advantage of the Insulated IBC Jackets is the slow down or prevention of algae growth which can be a common issue when storing water based products in an IBC during the summer months. Storing an IBC outside in direct sunlight can cause algae growth. However, by using our Insulated IBC Jackets, the outer layer will reflect sunlight and help insulate the contents.
Material
CL Polyethylene – Light weight (approx. 2Kg) material which is impervious to bacteria and will withstand -35ºC to +75ºC.
Inner Thermal Layer
Ref: No. BTB280. This has a CLO (warmth) factor equal to 2.00 or the same as the standard BSI 0.407m2.K/W. (9.5TOG)
BTB280 = heat loss approx ¼ °C per hour if filled at ambient, after 12 hours increases to ½ °C per hour
Standard Fittings
Comes supplied with velcro openings to access the inlet and outlets of the IBC. However, we can supply without flaps on request.
At ITP Packaging we’ve tried to make the shipping process as simple as possible. For most mainland UK post codes standard delivery is FREE. For orders to Highlands, islands and Northern Ireland, the delivery charge will be clearly added to your order prior to checkout so that you are fully informed before you commit to payment.
Free delivery is 1-3 days but you can also upgrade to Next Day or AM delivery if preferred.
Currently our online system is only available for orders delivered to UK and Ireland. However, for any orders outside of the UK or Ireland, please contact 0333 987 4565 or email hello@itppackaging.com and we will happily assist you further.
If you receive your delivery and for some reason you’re not entirely happy and wish to return it, please contact our Customer Support team on 0333 987 4564 within 48 hours and they issue you with a returns document. All we ask is that you return the goods to us within 30 days of issuing the returns document and we’ll either refund or issue a replacement.
